Terms and Conditions
- NO ADULT / WAREZ / PORN or ILLEGAL sites allowed. Any such sites will be removed immediately without warning or recourse.
- You will have full access to your mailboxes and site stats via your server CPANEL account. Backups are made weekly, you can make them more often if you wish (recommended)
- You will also have full access to the raw HTML code of your site as generated by the web builder software. You can modify this if you wish but do so under your own responsibility. Should you corrupt or damage the site it is on your own head! I can help you fix it- but a fee will be applicable. It is best to use the actual WebSietBuilder software to make changes....
- It is your site. If you wish to take it and move it to another host at anytime you can do so. Be aware though the Web Site Building Software will not be available on another host. The site would then need to be edited with an HTML editor (such as Dreamweaver)
- No spamming allowed. Anyone violating these terms will have the site deleted without recourse. No refund will be give.
- Server tech support is provided. The site builder comes with help files and is quite intuitive to use. I can also help with questions regarding building the site, within reason please! If you need me to do work on your site for you I am happy to do so but a fee may be applicable.
- Your subscription fee covers 1 month of webbuilder access and hosting in advance. You can cancel at any time, but forfeit the balance of the month fee. No exit fee or cancelling fee is aplicable. Cancellations should be made in writing (email)
- There is a one time non-refundable set up fee of $50. This also includes the first month subscription fee.
- Payents are via Paypal subscription only
- You are responsible for the renewal and maintenance of your domain.
- All prices are in US Dollars

Note:
- You must have a domain name so I can set up your account. If you do not have one you can order one here first ( full instructions on how to point your domain name to your site will be provided in the welcome email I send )
- You do not have to be a member of Paypal to use this facility. But if you do with to join (it's free) you can do so here first. Join Paypal
Once payment is received you will get a welcome email with instructions and then it will take approx 1 - 2 working days to set up your account.
